Is this a diet plan?
No, this is very different from your bog standard meal plans and exercise programs. We believe success comes from following a step-by-step process.
Whilst we will be giving you plenty of fantastic recipes to make and a structured training program to follow, we believe education is key to achieving and keeping your results. This program is designed to help you create your own plan that suits and fits in with your lifestyle, and the accountability to ensure you maintain it long-term.
Many diet plans and fads are designed to help people lose weight quickly but they're not deigned to help them keep the weight off. There are more gyms, online coaches and trainers than there has ever been, and yet we're still not improving the health related statics. Most people fail to keep the weight off long-term because they are trying to follow a plan that simply isn't built for them.
At the Ab Factory, we're more interested in helping you keep the weight off rather than losing it as quick as possible. Success to us is being able to help someone sustain their result. If you're after a quick fix or quick weight loss plan then this program is NOT for you.

Dave and Trish are body transformation, athletic conditioning specialists and sports nutritionists.
Dave is a dad of a two young boys, former British Soldier of 9 years. He has an extensive event portfolio completing Iron-mans, numerous ultra-marathons and 24 hour obstacle races in Australia and across the globe, as well as staying in shape all year round.
Trish is a WFF Miss Universe and pro athlete with an extensive background in competing. She specialises in teaching men and women how to stay lean and healthy all year round, WITHOUT needing to ever compete or step on stage.
Together Dave and Trish have coached and motivated thousands of men and women to change their lives, achieve their best shape ever and actually start loving working out and eating healthy.
