Hi, I'm Trish. I’ve been a trainer for more than 12 years, and I’m obsessed with health and fitness.

I have vast amounts of experience training people from all walks of life, and I love talking about training & nutrition.

In a nutshell, I’ve spent YEARS learning the ins and outs of how to achieve your best ever body shape, and keep it.

And I love to pass that knowledge onto others.

In fact I've been doing this so long now that sometimes I learn new things that CONTRADICT what I learned in the past. And I like to share that too!

That's what I call personal growth.

Life is constantly changing and evolving, especially as we age. And I want to share what I've learnt with you.

Simple advice that makes your life easier.

Which brings me to the purpose of this newsletter.

Yeah yeah, I know we are living in digital times. Everything is video now, nobody pays attention to written word anymore bla bla bla...

Maybe I’m old-fashioned, but I truly believe there are still people out there who enjoy reading!

I know because I’m one of them.

I absolutely LOVE reading books. Especially books about health, fitness, weight-lifting, diet and nutrition, body-building & competition etc. I have a kindle next to my bed and I’m forever downloading books.

I also enjoy scouring the website for informative videos, podcasts, documentaries and anything else that will expand my knowledge on nutrition & training.

But you know what my FAVOURITE thing to do is?

I love to take complex pieces of information and break them down into easy-to-understand, digestible chunks of information.

In other words, I like taking something complicated and turning it into something simple. It’s fun.

Which is why I decided to create this newsletter. If you’re a fitness enthusiast like me, but you’re constantly feeling overwhelmed by all the info that’s out there, never fear! I’ll send you simple, helpful advice every week that’s designed to make your life that little bit easier.
